Poetry

Don’t cry, child

Children crying everywhere
Why do you despair?
You know your father cares.

A shrill does nothing to heal,
Kill or seal your emotions
Your reality is not real!

You will grow young
A fire for a tongue
Air gasping from your lungs

Death is only a mile away.
Back, back, back
From where you came

So wash away your tears
Hide away your fears
Your end is no where near

All you can do is wonder
Sonder longer! Ponder stronger!

You are not by yourself in this world
So wipe away your tears
Do not embrace your fears
Your end is no where near
